Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Karvance Digital LLC. By requesting a quote, approving a project, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Karvance Digital LLC provides website development, business automation, online booking systems, payment workflow setup, CRM setup, invoicing workflows, and ongoing technical support services.
2. Project Scope
Each project is based on the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing confirmed before work begins. Any work outside the approved scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
3. Payments
Projects may require a deposit before work begins. Larger projects may be split into deposit, milestone payments, and final payments. Final delivery, launch, or transfer of completed work may be held until all outstanding balances are paid.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, login access, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may delay the project timeline.
5. Third-Party Services
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, third-party software, payment processing fees, CRM subscriptions, email platforms, and other external tools are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project package. Major design changes, new features, or additional pages requested after approval may be billed separately.
7. Ownership
After full payment is received, the client owns the final approved website content and custom project deliverables created specifically for the client. Karvance Digital LLC may retain ownership of reusable code, frameworks, processes, templates, and internal tools used to complete the project.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Karvance Digital LLC builds digital systems designed to support business operations. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, search rankings, customer growth, or business results.
9. Limitation of Liability
Karvance Digital LLC is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party service outages, payment processor decisions, hosting downtime, domain issues, or client-side errors outside of our control.
10. Support
Post-launch support is provided according to the selected package or monthly support plan. Support does not include unlimited new features, major redesigns, or third-party costs unless agreed in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
Karvance Digital LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
